At Pixelfork, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We stand behind the quality of our service and believe it offers great value. While refunds are generally not provided for services that have already been used, we understand that some situations may call for an exception. Our goal is to make sure you feel confident and comfortable with your purchase.
When Refunds Are Available
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Limited Usage: If you’ve created fewer than 20 images using Pixelfork, you may request a full refund (excluding payment processing fees of 5% + $0.50). Once you exceed this threshold, we consider the service to have been fully engaged and refunds will no longer be available.
- Technical Problems: If you encounter a technical issue that prevents Pixelfork from functioning as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve it, you may also qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please reach out to our support team either through Discord or by emailing support@pixelfork.art. Make sure to include:
- Your account details
- A brief explanation of the issue or reason for the request
All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your request, our team will review the case and get back to you within 5 business days. If your request is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
