1. Use of Service

1.2 Unless you have written permission from us, you may not use images generated by Pixelfork to train your own AI or machine learning models.

1.3 You hold the copyright to the content you create using Pixelfork. You’re free to use your outputs commercially or non-commercially without needing additional approval from us.

2. Usage Restrictions and Changes

2.1 Pixelfork may update or modify its features, limitations, or pricing if necessary to ensure the sustainability of our services.

2.2 Automated or programmatic access is not permitted under the standard user agreement. If your project requires integration, please reach out to our team to explore custom options that might suit your needs.

2.3 Any significant updates to usage restrictions will be communicated in a timely manner.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

3.1 All proprietary rights to the Pixelfork platform—including its software and underlying systems—belong to us or our licensors.

3.2 You may not reproduce, alter, distribute, or sell any part of Pixelfork unless you have an explicit license from us allowing such use.

3.3 While you retain full ownership of your creations, you’re solely responsible for ensuring that your outputs do not violate any laws or infringe upon others’ rights. Outputs may be used freely unless for training third-party models, which requires our consent.

3.4 We do not use your inputs or creations to improve or train our models unless you provide explicit written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 Pixelfork is offered “as is,” without guarantees of any kind. This includes but is not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pixelfork is not liable for any damages—whether direct, indirect, or consequential—resulting from your use of the platform.

7. Jurisdiction

7.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Account Termination

8.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to Pixelfork at our discretion, and without notice, particularly if you violate these Terms.
